About Us
Who We Are
A multidisciplinary community care organisation, Interactive Community Care provides out-of-home care, crisis support, and disability services. Supporting families across NSW in the Hunter, Central Coast, Sydney, Mid-North Coast, and Western regions, Interactive Community Care is committed to meeting the complex care needs of children, adolescents, and adults.
Working across the full life span, our experienced and compassionate team delivers accredited residential out-of-home care (OOHC), including alternative care arrangements (ACA), individual placement arrangements (IPA), and short-term emergency placements (STEP). A registered NDIS provider, we also offer a range of support for people with a disability.
What We Do
Offering expert staffing solutions to NGOs, we facilitate permanent and temporary recruitment, casual labour hire, personnel leave relief, emergency/crisis staffing, and interim staff to fill position gaps. With a growing team of experienced support workers, nurses, and administrative staff, we offer flexible recruitment and staffing options to organisations in the disability, community services, and healthcare sectors.
Delivering complex care and support through individualised and holistic approaches, we believe that everyone has the right to access specialised services to help them lead their best lives, and that’s what we help achieve.
